Returns & Refunds Policy

Cancellations

An order can only be canceled before it has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, it must be returned via the returns process described below.

Returns

All products can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Initial delivery costs are non-refundable. If you would like to return the product within 14 days, the cost of re-delivering the product back to us must be covered by you.

The item must be returned undamaged, unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. If an item is returned in a used condition, damaged or assembled, we can only offer a partial refund. To begin a returns process, please email us at [email protected], we can then advise when and where to send your item.

Exchanges

We may in some circumstances be able to exchange your item, please email us at [email protected] and will can advise you on this process.

Faulty Items

If a product becomes faulty within its warranty period, please email us at [email protected] with your order number. Our support team can then provide remote assistance and replacement parts to resolve any issues.

If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, you can return the item to us (at your own cost) for our technicians to inspect and repair. If the issue is found to be a manufacturer fault, the item will be returned to you at no extra cost, and the cost to initially deliver the item back to us will be refunded to you (proof of delivery costs incurred will be required).

If the issue is found to be damage caused by the user or could have been resolved remotely, you may be charged labour costs and the cost to initially deliver the item back to us and deliver it back to you once fixed, will be covered by you.

Damaged Items

In the extremely rare event that an item arrives damaged, i.e the box shows signs of damage, you must sign for it as ‘damaged goods’ when you receive it from the delivery company. Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographs of the damage. We can then arrange either a full refund, percentage discount or product swap. These options are dependent on the product ordered and circumstances.
