Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


8. Warranty (3‑Month Limited Warranty)

All Kidaroos products come with a 3‑month limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electrical faults (excluding batteries)

  • Structural defects

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Batteries (consumable items)

  • Wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper assembly

  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs

If a warranty claim is approved, we may offer repair, replacement parts, or a replacement product at our discretion.


9. Safety & Use of Products

By purchasing from Kidaroos, you agree to:

  • Follow all assembly instructions

  • Ensure adult supervision when children use ride‑on toys

  • Use products only as intended

We are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety guidelines.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
