We can deliver most of our toys within 2-3 working days to any UK mainland address. Please see individual product pages for exact delivery times.

Delivery is 100% free to any UK mainland address. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK addresses.

The warranty length for our products varies and is stated on each product page if the product is covered by a warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects only. The warranty for our ride-on toy range does not cover the battery.

If you or your little ones are not 100% happy with their new toy, you can return the product within two weeks of purchase. You will have to cover the cost of re-delivery. You can find our full returns policy here.

We are unable to cancel an order once it has shipped. In this circustance we suggest that you return the item under our returns policy, which you can find here.
